Description

In Fall 2022, landscaping and hardscape encroachments were removed from the beach adjacent to property line running along the back of residents' properties. See the Vicinity Map in Attachment A - Drawing 2. Hydroseed was subsequently broadcast over the area. A post and rope fence were installed around the perimeter of the hydroseed area. In January, 1-gallon plants were installed along the beach access sidewalks at F, G, I, L and M Streets adjacent to the hydroseed areas. The newly hydroseeded and planted areas will be maintained as summarized in Section 2-6 of the Special Provisions.
