Description

The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and transportation to accomplish the following work which consists of but is not limited to converting a functioning Operations Office (20' x 35') into a SIPR (Secret Internet Protocol Network) Room by: Performing Sound Transmission Class (STC) field testing, soundproofing room to STC-35 standard, removing and storing furniture and wall hung items, extending a wall to true ceiling, remove and replace a door and door frame, paint walls, install a vestibule, reinstall furniture and wall hangings. All work shall be performed in accordance with all manufacturer specifications and guidelines as well as all federal, state and local codes. All quantities are estimated.
