2022 Crack Sealing Project

This project consists of, but is not limited to, the crack sealing of various streets in West Lafayette. Bids must be entered upon the bid form and the State Board of Accounts Contractors Bid for Public Work Form 96 (Revised 2013) submitted in triplicate with the bid and non-collusion affidavit properly executed, and must comply with the statutes of Indiana and with the rules and regulations of the State Board of Accounts of Indiana. Bids shall be in a sealed envelope marked 2022 Crack Sealing Project. Forms are available at the City Engineers Office, 222 N Chauncey Ave, West Lafayette, Indiana 47906.Wage rates shall not be less than the common construction wage as determined pursuant to IC 5-16-7-1 et seq. as amended. Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions, Special Conditions and Bids remain in effect for sixty (60) days. The Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive irregularities of bidding. The lowest & most responsive bid will go before the Board of Public Works and Safety for acceptance on June 21, 2022 .

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
