Description

As of May 24, 2022 project has not yet been awarded. The Southeast Alaska Power Agency (SEAPA) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to construct an office and warehouse on Don Finney Lane, directly across from the Ketchikan International Airport ferry landing in Ketchikan, Alaska. The Work consists of construction of an office and warehouse on Don Finney Lane, directly across from the Ketchikan International Airport ferry landing in Ketchikan, Alaska. The two-story building is approximately 6,800 sq. ft overall, providing a 735 sq. ft. board room and 1,500 sq. ft. warehouse on the first floor and nine offices with associated amenities on the second story.
