Construction Management Services - Roy Lassiter Hall (Building 8) 2nd Floor Remodel

The project includes the remodeling of the English Department located on the 2nd floor of Roy Lassiter Hall Building #8. The remodel will provide new 2nd floor design configuration of spaces for better utilization of the overall existing space. This will provide a more current learning environment for students and faculty. This will include adding new ceilings and lights, new flooring, and wall finishes. The existing roof, mechanical, and electrical systems will be evaluated with recommendations for any repair/replacement. IT service will also be evaluated to provide the needed network for current and expanded technologies.
