Security Gate Replacement

A.Contractor will remove VMAG Operator and associated hardware and equipment. B.Contractor will install new Slide Drive Gate operator using existing front gate, removing the current drive rail and installing a drive rail that is compatible with new slide drive. Contractor will install a base extension lifting the operator off of the ground. Contractor will install new saw cut vehicle loops, vehicle detector, safety edges, gates edges, photo eyes, and fire/security box. C.New Slide Drive Gate Operator will be capable of a unlimited continuous duty cycle, industrial grade, hydraulic, minimum of 2 hp, able to support up to a 3,000 lb gate, have a 300 lb drawbar pull, travel at a minimum of 1.7 ft/s, capable of being operated manually in case of power failure, and must not be VMAG. D.Contractor shall ensure that all US Coast Guard Standards, UL325 and Federal, State, and Local safety requirements are met. E.Contractor shall be licensed to install new slide drive gate operator. F.Contractor will dispose of all materials related to the old operator off site.
