Remove Old shingles of the roof. Install ice and snow guard per code. Water barrier installed over the rest of exposed roof. New ridge vent and 30-year architect shingles. Tear out approximate 48’ of side walk next to the house. Add rock and compact subgrade. Pour new section of sidewalk sloping away from the foundation. Concrete caulk over the expansion joint at the foundation. Jack up the back porch and install new 4x4’s reattach roof to the house. Building permit required.
