Description

The contract was awarded to JAM but they rescinded their bid as of yesterday and we will be re-bidding the project with modifications to the scope. The project Scope for CONCORD EMERSON RECREATION FIELDS COMPLEX PHASE 1 IMPROVEMENTS generally includes but is not limited to: site preparation and erosion control, grading improvements, restoration of the of the existing natural turfgrass playing fields at the edges of Work, restoration of the existing three irrigation wells, installation of a forth irrigation well, installation of an irrigation system, ADA and maintenance access improvements, replacement and upgrade of the power and irrigation control cabinet, installation of infiltration basins, installation of a drinking water and fountain system, installation of a maintenance electric power supply system, replacement and upgrade safety surface and swing set upgrade to the playground, site furnishing, fencing repairs, seeding (or sodding) as more fully outlined in the Contract Documents. Projected Start of Construction no later than March 15, 2021, Project Substantial Completion of Work: August 15, 2021., Final Completion and Closeout: September 15, 2021
