Project Category Code: Street/Roadway Reconstruction Description: 3rd Street Reconstruction - to include: pulverizing and repaving 3rd Street (Pine St to Main St, 900 feet), including excavation, grading, storm sewer, and water main (800 feet), base course, asphalt paving, restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to ENGINEER. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by ENGINEER as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than three days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. B. Addenda may also be issued to modify the Bidding Documents as deemed advisable by OWNER or ENGINEER.
