Brooks Road South at Natalie Drive Pedestrian Crossing Project

The work consists of the placement of curb ramps and associated sidewalk, asphalt concrete conform, enhanced crosswalk signage, median refuge island, slurry seal, traffic striping, and such other items of work necessary to complete the work. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashiers check payable to the Town of Windsor or a satisfactory bidders bond in favor of the Town of Windsor executed by the bidder as principal, and a satisfactory surety company, licensed as such in the State of California, as surety, in an amount not less than 10% of the maximum amount of the bid. The check or bidders bond shall be given as a guarantee that the bidder shall execute the contract, if awarded to him, in conformity with the contract documents and shall provide the statutory faithful performance bond, and labor and materials (payment) bond for 100% of the contract price, conditioned upon the faithful performance of said contract, said bonds to be provided within ten (10) days, not including Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays, after notification of the award of the contract to the bidder.
