Furnish and Install Walk in Cooler and Freezer at Bureau of Criminal Apprehension

To furnish and install one (1) - 20x20 foot walk in cooler and one (1) 20x20 foot walk in freezer in the central evidence vault area. The cooler and freezer will be located in the northeast corner of the vault, inside the west segment of the vault. Shelving will be removed by BCA staff prior to installation. The freezer and cooler must have temperature controls installed that are compatible with the current Distech Temperature Control System. The State will make the sole determination as to whether a proposed alternate temperature control system is an approved equal. To minimize the risk, the equipment to be installed in the coolers must include two condensers, in the event one of the condensers fail. Installation must be done strictly according to attached drawings and specifications shown in Exhibit C. The coolers must start-up and be completely operational and performing as designed at the completion of this project.
