Description

Provide and install heat resistant, hybrid Bermuda turf grass - Tifway 419 or an approved alternate – at two City locations. Turf should be a uniform thickness of 5/8 of an inch, plus or minus 1/4 of an inch plus top growth. The installation is at the following locations: Sandstone Ridge Park (1661 West Hammer Lane): Approximately 210,000 square feet encompassing the two soccer fields and the baseball field and surround outfield. Cheyenne Sports Complex (3500 E. Cheyenne Road): Approximately 280,000 square feet encompassing the two soccer fields and the stadium field.
