TRWTF Flow Meters and Sample Lines

The project consists of installing two new taps on Clearwell effluent pipes that are approximately 18 feet deep; installing approximately 300 LF of 1-inch copper pipe (sample lines; installing a new sample pump in the existing manhole and associated controls; installing an owner furnished 24-inch electromagnetic flow meter to replace the existing 24-inch Venturi flow meter and a new mounting rack; installing an owner furnished 24-inch butterfly valve within the meter vault downstream of Clearwell 2; installing approximately 500 LF of 1-inch flexible PVC braided pipe through the existing conduits and manholes; installing a new mounting rack, on-line chlorine residual analyzer, pH meter, drain pipe, and associated plumbing and electrical work inside the operations building; site electrical work; and providing all other work.
