Description

The work per the contract documents, dated August 31, 2021, and any addenda thereto includes all labor and materials needed to renovate seven tennis court surfaces in two locations, including demolition of the existing surface, salvaging of the tennis net system, reuse of the existing aggregate base, supplementing the base if necessary to meet specifications, paving, applying four coats of surfacing color, adjusting the adjacent grades if needed, and seeding the disturbed area, per the plans and specifications. Coordination with a separate fencing contractor will be required.
