Construction of new 8-inch raw water mains from Well Numbers 7 and 8 to near the Camp Dodge Water Treat Plant including all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the installation of 1100 feet of 8-inch raw water main in open cut, 2000 feet of 8-inch raw water main in trenchless construction, gate valves, bends, tee fittings, four cleaning ports, improvements at Well Numbers 7 and 8, miscellaneous sanitary sewer and storm sewer removal and replacement, HMA and sidewalk removal and replacement, restoration of disturbed surfaces, erosion control and miscellaneous associated work, including cleanup
