Painting Project (Phase II) Rebid

The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals as required by the Scope of Work, Exhibits, Specifications, and Contract Documents. The general items of work include preparation (grinding, sanding, pressure washing, etc.) the existing painted surfaces on the identified structures/facilities in the Appendices, application of primer, intermediate (where applicable) and finish coatings, minor stucco/plaster repairs, removal of the existing caulking system in the flow equalization basins and application of the replacement caulking as identified in the Contract Documents. Question Deadline 08/17/2023 at 5:00 PM PT The successful bidder will be required to furnish the City with requisite insurance and Payment and Performance Bonds in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Price and on the forms included in the contract documents, as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders The successful bidder will be required to complete all work within 100 calendar days from the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed Estimate Amount: $600,000.00
