| Description | Every Tuesday or Wednesday the contractor will: a. Vacuum entry mats. b. Wash all interior windows/glass including any doors to ensure there are no finger prints, smudges, or any other visible marks. c. Sweep and mop all non-carpeted floors, no dirt or dust will be left in corners, under furniture, or behind any doors. d. Dust all ledges, furniture, woodwork, desk tops, countertops, tops of cabinets, refrigerator and baseboards. e. Empty all wastebaskets and trash receptacles and deposit in dumpster, reline trash cans. f. Restroom cleaning includes: toilet, urinal, sink, counter top, clean and polish fixtures, mirrors, shower stall, clean the walls around the trash and toilets/urinals, mop the floors, empty trash, and refill paper towels and toilet paper dispenser. g. Fish laboratory cleaning includes: countertops, cabinets, stainless steel sink area, clean and polish all fixtures, wipe down all PVC wall panels, mop floors, empty trash cans, and refill paper towels. h. Warehouse cleaning includes: cleaning desktop work stations, emptying trash and recycling, sweeping floors. |
