Proposed rehabilitation work includes to replace ring and throat, re-seal ring and throat, re-set and re-seal ring and throat, re-seal/grout hole/pipe, vertical adjustment of ring and lid to grade, grout manhole exterior frame, and cementitious grout and epoxy coating.
