Toledo Bend Frontier Park WWTP Improvements

The Contractor shall order the dosing tank, pumps, and all parts and assemblies, including electrical components associated with installation of the dosing tank in accordance with the attached design plans and Technical Specifications. The Contractor shall fabricate material and install the steel splash guard and access stairs in accordance with the attached design plans and Technical Specifications. Contractor shall prepare existing painted surface as necessary to weld the splash plate to the existing tank according to the design plans and Technical Specifications. The Contractor shall locate and excavate two existing force main sewer lines and tie them into the new dosing tank as described in the design plans and Technical Specifications. The Contractor shall finish grade the site to match existing site for positive drainage, remove the existing fence and reinstall fence around the new dosing tank when project has been completed. Existing fence may be reused as needed; however, all new fencing shall exactly match the existing fence. The Contractor shall fabricate and install new stairs according to the design plans and technical specifications. The Contractor shall prime paint all fabricated structural steel for this project and grind smooth and prime paint all field welds. Contractor shall use red oxide primer and finish paint according to design plans and technical specifications.
