| Description | Scope of Work: • Provide building with fire sprinkler suppression system as per local and state regulations for CFS Early Head Start School location. • Building has well water and outdoor tank may need to be provided. • Include allowance for drawings at 8k to 12k estimated • Include unforeseen costs estimate • Include approximate permitting costs at 5k estimated. • Additional electrical, mechanical and plumbing work as required. • Contractor will be responsible for drawings as well as submitting and acquiring permits. Required documents that are to be included with the bid are as follows: • Bid guarantee, list of subcontractors, references and insurance Certificate. |
