Description

The work consists of planing where directed by the Township Engineer, paving with 1.5 of asphalt concrete on all roads listed in the 2022 Township Asphalt Paving Program and providing compacted berm on all roads paved. For 2022 Road Resurfacing Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in same. Bid prices are to remain firm for 60 days after bids are opened. The Marion Township Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or part, to waive any informality in any or all bids, to accept the bid or part if deems most favorable to the township after the bids have been examined and checked.
