Description

Work consist of renovating the inside space at the Downtown Transit Center at 240 N Mason to convert an existing storage space into two (2) individual ADA staff restrooms. This scope involves installing temp barricades and enclosure to safe off the area, then removing existing walls and finishes. New work includes framing new walls, mechanical electrical, plumbing and fire sprinkler work to tie into existing infrastructure and build out new restrooms with drywall and tile finishes.
