J--Water Treatment System for Legionella Prevention at VAMC Buffalo

The Buffalo VA Medical Center has a requirement for the provision of water treatment systems and support services to chemically treat chilled water and cooling towers for Legionella prevention in accordance with section 7.2 off ASHRAE Standard 188-2015 (Legionellosis: Risk Management for Building Water Systems) and boiler systems to maintain water conditioning at the Buffalo VA Medical Center 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo NY 14215 from 04/01/2019 through 03/31/2020 to include four option years. Support services under this service agreement shall include the installation and maintenance of pumps and controllers for all systems listed in this purchase order, provide required chemicals for the systems, water testing and system disinfections. All labor, parts and travel expenses shall be included in the cost of this service agreement. The Contractor shall provide pricing to provide installation of water treatment systems, required chemicals and support services to treat chilled water, cooling tower and boiler systems located at the Buffalo VA Medical Center for a base year and four option year periods.
