2021 Local Streets, Columbia St. & Park St., Eugenia St., Hall Blvd., Rayner St. & Lead Water Service Replacement

This project consists of reconstruction of 2021 LOCAL STREETS – COLUMBIA ST. & PARK ST. (Jefferson St. to Sycamore St.); EUGENIA ST. (Northbrook St. to South End.); HALL BLVD. (Ash St. to South St.); RAYNER ST. (Columbia St. to Randolph St.); LEAD WATER SERVICE REPLACEMENT (Various Locations) all within the City of Mason City Limits: Construction shall include: areas of pulverizing, balancing and repaving existing bituminous road ways totaling approximately 18,600 Syd; removal of pulverized material totaling approximately 2,700 Cyd’s; replacement of bituminous leveling course and wearing course totaling approximately 5,300 tons; removal and replacement of concrete curb and gutter totaling approximately 1,500 Lft, removal and replacement of 4” and 6” concrete sidewalks, driveways and ADA ramps totaling approximately 26,000 Sft, a limited amount of watermain improvements, including line valve replacements and fire hydrant replacements, signing and traffic control, complete cleanup and restoration, and other miscellaneous work items that are normally included with the described work items.

Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
