Sealed BIDS will be received for the construction of the Bloomington Hills Irrigation Tank and Secondary Irrigation Project SC13 & SC14, located at: 1) BloomingtonHills tank approximately West of River Road and 3800 South. 2) Secondary Irrigation Project SC13 & SC14 located at & 2780 East Street and 1450 South Street St. George, Utah.
