Description

As of February 20, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Contract term: 197 Days after OSC Approval Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 4% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 6% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond/Payment Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract. Contract includes all work not specifically assigned to any other Contract and includes but is not limited to: All labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct a new entrance alignment to the park off of NYS Route 13, coordination with DOT/Oneida Residency, existing entrance removal and restoration to turf, use Work Zone Safety as per NYS DOT guidelines, installation of Temporary Access Drive for Park Patrons, use of Steel Drive Plates over utilities for temporary access drive, installation of temporary fence to create a barrier between temporary drive and recreation area, reshingle of the contact station roof, rehab of existing stone masonry wall, tree planting, entrance sign installation, turf restoration, stone dust surfacing on park service drive and other Work as indicated and in accordance with the Contract Documents.
