| Description | The location of the proposed work is 4255 Fannett Road, Beaumont, Texas. The Contractor shall confine his use of the site to the portion indicated on the plan except as required by the Contract Documents to do work outside of that area. The scope of the work shall consist of, but not be limited to the following: a. Clean, repair, and paint the existing interior drywall located around four (4) large windows on the north wall of the library. b. Replace nine (9) 2’x2’ lay-in ceiling tiles as noted on the project drawings. c. Contractor will be responsible for verifying exact quantities, as needed to complete the project as specified. d. The facility will be in full operation while the scheduled work is in progress. |
