| Description | Remove approximately 15,200 SF of rock ballast, EPDM roofing, 1,500 SF of wet/damaged insulation and metal copings. Remove concrete walkway pavers down to ground for relocation on site by the Using Agency. Replace wet/damaged insulation and then mechanically attach remaining loose laid and replacement insulation to metal deck. Adhere new 2.5" insulation, crickets and 1/4" cover board. Prep and paint existing gas piping. |
