A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Scope: Finish exterior surfaces exposed to view, unless fully factory-finished and unless otherwise indicated, including the following: 1. Paint all new items or equipment protruding from or attached to exterior walls or roof (vents, standards, etc) a color complementing or matching the surrounding exterior material. The proposed work entails construction of a new facility services maintenance building, including an exterior metal frame building shell without interior finishing, foundation construction and civil site work improvements. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: The Bidder agrees that, should the Bidder fail to complete the work in the time specified or such additional time as may be allowed by the Engineer under the contract, the amount of liquidated damages to be recovered shall be as follows: Liquidated damages per day: $ 500 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: If the Bid is accepted, the Bidder agrees that work shall be diligently prosecuted at such rate and in such manner as, in the judgment of the engineer, is necessary for the completion of the work within the time specified as follows Calendar Days: 180.
