Roof Replacements & Storage Buildings Construction at New Windsor Cantonment State Historic Site, Orange County, NY; Bear Mountain State Park, Orange County, NY; Harriman State Park, Orange County, NY; Rockland Lake State Park, Rockland County, NY, and Stony Point Battlefield, Rockland County, NY New York. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to perform all work associated with D005909, Roof Replacements and Storage Buildings Construction, as specified or directed in accordance with the plans and specification. The scope of work shall include, but not be limited to the following: 1. Removal, disposal of the existing roofs, including any asbestos abatement as indicated. 2. Removal, disposal of specified wood decking and flashings. 3. Installation of new roof systems as specified, underlayment, wood decking and flashings. 4. Construct 4 new wood storage buildings.
