Description

Roadway improvements will consist of construction of an approximate 370 linear foot entry drive from Corporate Drive into the first phase of the River Ridge Commerce Center Gateway Office Park. The roadway consists of 2-12` wide lanes, 6-inch high concrete curb with a 6-inch gutter, and an underground storm drainage system. The arrival court will provide space for passenger drop off and will include a statement water feature, high quality hardscape paving materials, decorative bollards, landscaping, and site furnishings.
