Question Cuttoff Date & Time 12/19/2022 03:00:00 PM (CT) Scope- The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing 4 new poles at two park locations. Trenching installing new conduit, electrical wire, NEMA 3R enclosures with two duplex recepticals in each enclosure to provide a minimum of 120v/5Amp service at every pole location. The intent of this solicitation is to award a contract to a vendor for the electrical work and installation of new poles where indicated at various park locations. Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted under the questions tab in this online solicitation. The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued. **Pricing for each location should be provided separately as listed in the Line Items tab in IonWave. To bid this project, it is necessary to bid all five locations: o Lively Park o Georgia Farrow Recreation Center/West Park o West Aquatic Center o Senter Park o Heritage Park 12X12X6 NEMA 3R enclosure o Enclosure shall match color of pole o All mounting hardware like Unistrut band clamps shall match color of pole o GFCI Breakers o Duplex Receptacles 2 separated in each enclosure on each pole o Any poles provided need to be at least 20' and match existing o Copper wire o Minimum of 1" conduit o No exposed conduit, must tie into existing conduit in pier o Install electrical for the following park locations per specifications and provide new poles per specifications at the specified pole locations that need poles at each park listed below.
