EDCO Demolition and Remediation

This contract is for all labor, material, insurance, andequipment necessary for the Demolition adn Remediation of the former Edco property, in accordance with approved plans and specifications. The proposal shall be legibly prepared and submitted in an organized manner. The proposal shall besubmitted under company cover letter, legallysigned, and the complete address, phone and faxnumbers of the Proposer given thereon. Proposalshall be accompanied by a certified check or an acceptable Proposal Bond with satisfactory surety specifying the PAAC as the obligee, in the sum of notless than five percent (5%) of the total proposalamount. Any proposal may be withdrawn prior to thescheduled closing time for receipt of Proposals. The PAAC intends and requires that the project becompleted no later than one-hundred and twenty(120) calendar days from the date of the Notice toProceed. Bidders must comply with the Prevailing WageRates on Public Improvements in Allen County,Ohio, as determined by the Ohio Department ofCommerce, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration, (614)466-3636. The most responsive bid shall be determined by thePAAC. The PAAC reserves the right to reject in whole or inpart any or all Proposals, to waive any technicalities,to advertise for new proposals, or to proceed withthe work when the best interests of the PAAC will bepromoted thereby.
