The Scope of Work for this project will be to inventory, locate, and assess the designated valves within the GLWA transmission system. The approximate number of valves to be addressed are as follows: Locate and visually assess only: Automatic Air/Vacuum Valves = 155 Manual Air Valves = 2,689 Locate, visually assess, determine if partially or fully closed, and estimate leakage: Blowoff = 1,992 Locate, visually assess, determine condition and valve position, fully exercise: System Valves = 4,913, consisting of:
