Description Grass shall be mowed to an even height not exceed a maximum of four inches (4”) Litter and debris must be picked-up prior to mowing and the quantity of bags added to the monthly invoice. All roads listed require mowing on both sides of the roadway. Cleaning shall include, but is not limited to, removal of all trash (paper, cans, bottles and dried or dead plants, etc.), or parts of plants (leaves, fronds, branches, etc.) before mowing of area. Blowing or raking of debris, leaves, grass clippings, or any other matter into the street is not permitted. Routine weed control shall be considered a part of cleaning.
