DFCM Construction - DNR Rockport State Park Day Use Facilities Expansion

Project Description/Base Bid: The Work generally consists of the construction of two new roads with parking areas, two new CXT restrooms, access trails and pavilion areas. The work also includes removing existing trees, site grading, roadway construction. Repairs to existing pavement, reseeding disturbed areas and repairs to existing water systems that will be disturbed by construction will also be part of the work. The Work will be defined with a Base Bid and two Bid Alternates. All table purchases need to be part of base bid. Additive Alternate No. 1: The work includes the assembly and anchorage of the ten picnic tables (inclusive of optional anchorage tabs) for the 12’ x12’ concrete pads. The purchase, assembly and installation for the tables for the 16'x16' shelters is part of the Base Bid. Additive Alternate No. 2: The work includes the assembly and construction of eight 12'x12' shelters purchased by the Owner in accordance with the manufacturer’s plans and specifications. The concrete pad, shelter foundation and rebar for all shelter foundations are included in the Base Bid.
