Cabarrus County Schools Harris Road Middle School - Roof Replacement

**As of May 19, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Replace existing various roof types with 60 mil PVC at Harris Road Middle School (HRMS). As of June 22, 2022, this project is currently in the County's FY 2023-FY2030 CIP and funding is allocated for FY 2023. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change. The content management team will continue to pursue additional details as they become available. Base Bid work includes approx 150,000 sf. The new system will be a re-cover with mechanically based cover board and an adhered 60mil PVC KEE over the existing system.All metal work will be replaced.
