Item No. 0001 “Construction B3696 Missile Technology Evaluation Facility.” Construct an approximately 10,284 square foot building, with lab space, receiving area with loading dock area, open office area, restrooms, breakroom, mechanical room, electrical and TR rooms, and all associated utilities within 5 feet of the facility as indicated on the drawings and per specification. Period of Performance 540 days from Notice To Proceed. Item No. 0002 “Construction: Supporting Facilities.” Construct site work and utilities required beyond a line five feet outside of B3696 MTEF including site clearing and grubbing, backfill, compaction, grading, undercut/replacement of unsuitable soils (including fill), and/or improvement. No change to Period of Performance identified in Item No. 0001. Item No. 0003 “Construction: Entry Vestibule.” Construct 71 square feet store front style entry vestibule as indicated on the drawings and per specification. No change to Period of Performance identified in Item No. 0001. The Contracting Officer may exercise this option by written notice to the Contractor within 90 days of notice to proceed. Item No. 0004 “Construction: Carpet.” Install carpet instead of sealed concrete as indicated on the drawings and per specification. No change to Period of Performance identified in Item No. 0001. The Contracting Officer may exercise this option by written notice to the Contractor within 90 days of notice to proceed.
