RheTech Colors Warehouse Addition

The project scope includes a 44,566-square-foot and a 6,720-square-foot addition. As of October 27, 2022 the project is in planning stage. A building permit application has not been submitted to the City of Sandusky. The city Planning Commission conditionally approved a site plan on May 25, 2022. Information regarding the architect, general contractor and method of selection has not been disclosed. The construction timeline has not been determined, but may begin in the spring of 2023.
