RFP - Consulting Services for Comprehensive Operational Analysis

The Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) invites proposals from qualified contractors with expertise in transit and transportation planning, zero-emissions technology, service planning and design, scheduling, transportation engineering, urban, rural, and land use planning, and public outreach to provide comprehensive operational analysis consulting services as described in Exhibit A, Scope of Work. RTA anticipates award of a task-based firm-fixed priced contract. Proposals received after the date and time specified above shall be rejected by RTA and will be returned to the Offerors unopened.
