Description Raise two (2) large air handling units and two (2) cooling towers, all piping will be reinsulated with new insulation and any valves removed will be replaced with new ones; duct work above the roof will be removed and replaced with new lined duct work and all associated electrical to be performed by the contractor. Greenville County will handle all associated BAS wiring. The two air handlers and two cooling towers will be raised two feet and set on permanent frame extensions. Current walk ways around the air handling units will be reconfigured so there are no supports touching the new roof. Contractor must provide a detailed sketch of how the two cooling towers and two air handlers will be raised up 24 inches. Contractor will test all four HVAC units after rising to ensure they work as designed.
