Furnish and install 1,810 linear feet of 12-inch diameter cured in place pipe (CIPP). Furnish and install 2,000 linear feet of 6-inch diameter CIPP. Furnish and install 210 linear feet of 8-inch diameter CIPP. Reinstate 29 sewer lateral connections ("top hats"). Furnish and install 405 linear feet of 10-inch diameter CIPP. Furnish and install 2 composite manhole covers. Provide video inspection and cleaning before and after CIPP installation. Furnish, install and maintain traffic control, bypassing, testing samples of installed CIPP. Potential bidders must be able to comply with the Installation Floater/Builders Risk insurance requirements described in Section 5 of the General Conditions. The successful bidder shall provide Installation Floater Insurance, including Flood and Earthquake, for the full amount of the contract. The successful bidder has fifteen (15) days following receipt of the Notice of Award to provide insurance documents. The number of days beyond the original fifteen (15) days it takes to receive this will be deducted from the Contract Times.
