Demolition - Single Family Home

Demolition of a single-family, residential structure located at 276 Moseby Drive in the City of Manassas Park. Submitters must be licensed Class B or Class A contractors in the state of Virginia, with a Residential Building Contractor (RBC) or Commercial Building Contractor (CBC) classification. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials, as well as pay all necessary permit and disposal fees to raze the structure down to the slab, and haul all debris and contents of the structure to an appropriate disposal facility. The anticipated finished product is a cleared concrete slab, free of hazards, and all trash and debris associated with the structure or its contents completely removed from the site. The work is anticipated to include, but not limited to: 1.Remove contents of approximately 1,400 ft.2 of floor area (1,064 ft.2 finished ground floor + attic storage). 2.Demolish approximately 1,400 ft.2of structure ((1,064 ft.2 finished ground floor + unfinished attic). 3.Make arrangements for removal of all contents, debris, trash and garbage from the site. 4.Furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to accomplish the work.
