One main entry road with three small side streets. The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor and equipment necessary to execute the work. 1. Fix parking areas where roots are lifting the parking surface. Create a level area if needed. 2. Fill any area with holes and repair surface. 3. Seal asphalt pavement 4. Re-stripe parking spaces, including all standard parking spaces, ADA accessible parking spaces, access aisles/routes, and all other existing entrances, and drive. 5. Striping shall conform to the most recent ADA and Florida Accessibility Codes. 6. At parking areas paint the front (face) of curb yellow
