| Description | The project consists of the removal and replacement of 600 lead water service leads, from the existing water main into the building being served by each water lead, over 3 years (2022 to 2024). This shall include a new service from the water main to within the building. The locations of the water service lead replacements are included in the attachments of these bid documents. Coordination with the City of Melvindale DPW and Water Department for scheduling, notification of residents, and service installations will be required throughout the project. |
