Description

Whiteside County Wide Seal Coating & Dust Control Section consists of furnishing and applying Bituminous Seal Coat, Seal Coat Aggregate and other related items to Various Road District and County Roadways in Whiteside County. Estimated quantities include: 316,301 gallons of Seal Coat Oil, 6,296 Tons of CA-16 Seal Coat Agg. & 4,503 Tons of CM-16 Slag. Section also includes Dust Control materials delivered to Various Townships in Whiteside County. Estimate of quantities consists of: 28 Flake Tons of Calcium Chloride & 41,900 gallons of Lignin. 2023 Whiteside County - Pipe Section consists of furnishing Type 1 Corrugated Steel Culvert Pipe of various diameters and connecting bands to the County and its Road Districts. Sizes range from 12" dia. up to 48" dia. All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820ILCS 130/1-12) The Public Works Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities and to accept the proposal which is most advantageous to Whiteside County.
