Selection of a Vendor to Provide Recycling Services. If applicable proposer shall describe its proposal strategies to ensure a smooth transition from the current Contractor to the successful proposer. In the transition plan, proposer must describe the following: o Individual or group of individuals that will oversee the transition. o Proposed approach including equipment personnel and schedule for delivering containers to customers . Proposers shall also describe how the delivery of containers will be conducted in coordination with removal of existing containers used by the current Contractor. Proposers will describe the procedure for Collection in the event that customers set out materials in both the existing containers and the new containers (if applicable) for collection during the transition period. o Overall schedule for the transition including the timeline in which the proposed schedule o Will be implemented. o Proposed strategies for customer service and public education regarding the potential o Transition of service providers.
