The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) has a requirement to: Install Concrete Pad and Electrical Work at Beltsville Agricultural Research Center (BARC), Beltsville, Maryland. Solicitation 12305B23R0043 is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP).
