Annual Boiler Inspections, Preventive Maintenace and Minor Repairs

The Wyoming Department of Corrections is requesting bids for annual boiler inspections, preventive maintenance and minor repairs for all ACE 8136 (6), Lochinvar PBN5000 (3), Fulton VMP-60 (2), Patterson Kelley N2000-MFD (2), Burnham K810HE (2) and Hurst 1750 (2) boilers and/or certifying to be conducted by properly certified and licensed (if required) persons, for the Wyoming State Penitentiary (WSP), located at 2900 South Higley Boulevard, Rawlins, Wyoming 82301,as specified below. Questions: Shall be submitted through Public Purchase by 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time, on July 28, 2022. Questions submitted after the deadline may not be considered. The awarded bidder(s) and the WDOC agree that any formal contract(s) resulting from this bid may be extended under mutually agreeable terms and conditions, with the mutual approval of the awarded bidder(s) and WDOC, for a period of two (2) additional years. This option to extend any formal purchase order(s) or contract(s) for an additional two (2) period shall not exceed a total of three (3) years. The WDOC will notify the awarded bidder(s) in writing of its intent to exercise the purchase order or contract renewal option at least sixty (60) days prior to the June 30, 2022, contract expiration date.
