Spalding County is accepting sealed bids from qualified firms, meaning a Prequalified Prime Contractor listed by the Georgia Department of Transportation, Office of Contract Administration, to provide materials, equipment, labor, and services necessary (including traffic control) for paving, resurfacing and striping work on various roadways in Spalding County for a TSPLOST Resurfacing Phase I Project.
